Older Lives matter, so what are you busy with? Are you making a difference?
π Right?
Yep, I agree with "myself" that you can write better with the stuff that has given you valuable lessons to learn and to remember, maybe for a lifetime. In my 60s, I'm still here, and trying to help people (not correcting or controlling anyone please, what the heckπ?), and thankful, looking for more gigs to do, every day. π I'm a true crime junkie, avid tennis fan and love to write healing books and blogs. My hubby and I, with our chihuahua mixed Rat Terrier breed, Bacon, are all road trippers. Our daily ritualistic lifestyle, I may say.
Overall, personally speaking, I want to live simply with lots of creating and moving around.
Maybe in your 60s, you're already settled in your retirement flats, maybe you're still working, or by now you want to focus full time on your family affairs. In our 60s, it's nice to be always living for who we really are. It's time to appreciate all the people who cross our path, whom we know, and even to strangers who are trying to be good in something. Let's appreciate and support their tryst and transformation as they improve their life. Let's be that kind of human beings who see the good of others not just be fault finders.
In my 60s, my three girls are busy with their life as daring millennials. My only grandchild, Mahi, who is just 4 but is very involved already with her weekly activities: gymnastics, soccer, school and arts. I'm praying not only for them to be great in something but they'll all find God in their life, grateful, happy and content.
Here are a few suggestions I am willing to share that I am thriving to do π(no age limit): work on your spirituality, put on your sneakers (not high heels) and go out. I don't know where you choose to go, find someone or something to be kind and to help, turn off your phones (ππ hahaha) and enjoy the things around that you can touch and feelππ☘️πΈπ·πͺ»πͺ·π¦π¦πππ¦Ί, support friends with their ideas and creations and learn from each other, enjoy reading a self help bookπ, the list goes on.... You can start with small steps every day or make your own list.
In today's gospel: at the end it says "the old is good" then be one!
God bless...
